User Agreement

By accessing or using the transtrans application (“App”) at https://transtrans.app, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

transtrans is an application that provides translation services. The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the App.

All content included in the App, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of transtrans or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall transtrans be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

8. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
